As you may know, the 210 loader for the 2210 is being replaced with either (your choice) a 200X or 200CX. The 200X is a cheaper and requires a bit more time to take if off the tractor, when compared to the 200CX. Anyway, I looked the 200CX over closely and apparently the folks at Deere designed it very similar to a Kubota in that the attaching points are really on the bar under the tractor and you can remove the 200CX from the seat. The down fall in my view is the remaining large casters on top the bar which is under the tractor and thus, leaves you will the large post sticking up from that bar.

Deere is doing away with the 210 loader? Or have they just made some changes and are renaming it? I have a 210 loader... works great and installs in minutes. ....

Does the new CX lift more? I've been pleased with my 210 loader. Any pictures of the new loader(s)?

I was at my dealer last weekend and they had a 2210 with the new 200X loader on the lot. The 200X is NOT a quick-tach loader. IMO it also looks quite a lot less substancial than the 210 (the weldment parts). Instead of being all fabricated, the stantions are cast and the mating part (on the tractor) sticks out as it did on the 210, but also up in the air. If I were in the market for a 2210 today, I'd be pushing my dealer to find a leftover 210; knowing that someday the 200X/CX will be the only available loaders. On the design front though, I have to assume the new loader was engineered properly and that it performs as required.

I was just looking at the JD web site, and it appears that 200X loader is meant to replace both the 210 for the 2210, as well as the 410 for the 4100/4110/4115. Is that correct? ....

Scooter,

That's how I understand it. This is in anticipation of the new 2210 this August, which will be followed by the 4010, 4110, and 4115 replacements (take a guess at the numbers -- 2220, 2320, 2420, and 2520 perhaps?)
